데이터플로깅 자원봉사 스토리
더 깨끗한 지구 만들어가는
‘우리는 고양시 저탄소 V-마라톤 3기!’
지난 13일(토) 저탄소 V-마라톤 3기 참가자 12명의 시민들이
대화역 일대에서 오프라인 *데이터 플로깅 자원봉사 활동을 진행했습니다!
*데이터 플로깅이란? 산책이나 달리기를 하며 쓰레기를 줍는 활동으로 어디에,
어떤 쓰레기가 버려지는지, 그 기록까지 함께 수집하여 데이터를 축적하는 새로운 방식의 환경 운동
활동 전 고양종합운동장 북문에서 집결하여 간단한 본인 소개와
약 2주간 비대면으로 진행 중인 데이터 플로깅 활동 소감을 나누는 시간을 가졌습니다.
고양종합운동장 북문을 시작점으로 대화역 일대까지 약 2.5km 거리에서 쓰레기를 줍고 기록하러 출발!
쓰레기를 줍고, 기록하고!
약 1시간 동안 총 427개의 쓰레기 수거 완료하였습니다! WOW
그중 수거된 쓰레기 분류 1위는 담배꽁초로,
수거량의 76%(316개)를 차지했습니다.
데이터 플로깅 활동의 마지막 단계인 수거 쓰레기 분리 배출로 활동을 마무리 했습니다~!
각자의 일상에서 비대면으로 쓰레기를 줍고, 기록하고 분리 배출하는
활동을 진행하는 47명의 저탄소 V-마라토너 3기의 활동은
공동의 목표를 탄소 저감량 150kg으로 설정하고
4월부터 5월까지 2개월(8주) 간 목표 달성을 향해 함께 나아갑니다!
센터에서는 이번 활동의 연장선으로
빗물받이 막힘으로 인한 도시침수 및 국내 하천, 연안으로 유입되는
문제의 심각성을 알리는
"빗물받이 담배꽁초 투기 금지 캠페인"을
진행할 예정이니 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다!
