'제27회 IAVE(아이아베) 2024 부산세계자원봉사대회'가 오는 22일부터 4일간 부산항국제전시컨벤션센터에서 열린다. 이번 행사는 인류의 힘, 자원봉사를 통해 만들어가는 지속가능한 미래'라는 주제로 개최된다. 세계자원봉사대회는 세계자원봉사협의회가 2년마다 개최하는 자원봉사 분야 세계 최대 규모의 국제행사다. 이번 대회에는 94개국 1400여 명의 자원봉사 관계자가 참가할 예정이다.

Forum 1 Transforming Volunteering in Response to Technological Innovations
This Forum will focus on how we respond to the increasing role of technology in supporting and developing volunteer involvement. Technology has become invaluable in every aspect of volunteering from enhancing volunteer recruitment and management to creating new ways and opportunities to volunteer. Presenters will explore the challenges and enablers of using technology to innovate and enhance volunteer involvement, providing insight into how we can maximise its potential.
테크기반 자원봉사 포럼은 자원봉사 참여를 지원하고 발전시키는 데 증가하는 기술의 역할에 대한 대응 방안에 초점을 맞출 것입니다. 기술은 봉사자 모집과 관리를 강화하는 데서부터 새로운 방식과 기회를 만들어내는 데까지 자원봉사의 모든 측면에서 주요 역할을 맡게 되었습니다. 발표자들은 기술을 활용하여 자원봉사 참여를 혁신하고 향상시키는 도전과 가능성을 탐구하며, 우리가 그 잠재력을 극대화하는 방법에 대한 인사이트를 제공할 것입니다.

Plogging is a movement that originated in Sweden, which involves picking up litter while jogging or walking. In addition to collecting and analyzing data, the core of data plogging is to systematically record and utilize the data generated during garbage collection activities.
Key Features of Data Plogging:
Garbage Collection and Data Recording: Participants in data plogging pick up trash while simultaneously recording information such as the type, location, and amount of trash they collect. This data can be managed and collected through smartphone apps or IoT devices.
